Athens Drive Magnet Theme information:
– Beginning in the 2016-17 school year, Athens Drive High School will become a magnet school with the theme “Center for Medical Sciences and Global Health Initiatives”. Please see the attached documents for more information or visit the Athens Drive website at http://wcpss.net/domain/7485.
– Even though Athens Drive will become a magnet school, the STEM Academy will remain. Please visit http://wcpss.net/domain/6969 for more information regarding the Athens Drive STEM Academy.
– Students who live in the current base attendance area do not need to apply. Students living outside the current base attendance area who have been attending Athens Drive should be grandfathered.

General magnet theme information:
General WCPSS magnet theme Parent Information Sessions are held at the Crossroads I building located at 5625 Dillard Drive, Cary. The remaining dates for these sessions are Dec. 10 & Jan. 7 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am.
