Athens Drive Open House – Meet the Teacher Night

Thursday, September 18th is the first semester Open House which is a great opportunity for parents to follow their child’s schedule and briefly meet their child’s teachers.
Meet the Teacher Open House/ Senior Parent Meeting Schedule
5:00-6:30………. Club/Organization Showcase in Cafeteria
5:45-6:15………. Senior parent meeting (auditorium)
6:15-6:30………. PTSA meeting (auditorium)
6:35-6:45……….1st period
6:50-7:00……….2nd period
7:05-7:15……….3rd period
7:20-7:30……….4th period
The evening will begin with an optional Show-case in the Athens Drive Cafeteria at 5:00 PM. There will be information tables for the PTSA, the Jag Club Athletic Boosters, the Theatre Boosters, the Business Alliance and CFNC for senior parents as well an opportunity to purchase a personalized brick paver for the new stadium.
From 5:45PM to 6:15PM there will be a meeting in the Auditorium for parents of senior students with Mr. Remaley, senior adviser; you don’t want to miss this important meeting if your child is a senior.
The first PTSA General Meeting of the year will be from 6:15PM-6:25PM in the Auditorium, please plan to attend.
The Jag Club will have a brief announcement following the PTSA Meeting.
The “Meet the Teacher” portion of the evening will begin at 6:30 PM and conclude at 7:30 PM. You will need to know your child’s first class/room number; there will be teachers and students available throughout the school to assist you in finding the correct room.
