The ADHS PTSA is pleased to announce the following recipients for the 2015 PTSA Teacher Grants

- Joseph Flory…………….. $200 for Spirograph kits
- Farrall Hilton…………… $200 for ceramic glazes
- Kelly Hodgins………….. $70 for document projector
- Patricia Hornick………. $180 for camera/accessories
- Jason Hunning………… $200 for supplies for raised bed herb garden
- Kristel Lewis……………. $200 for specific need classroom supplies
- Scott Maxwell………….. $200 for compasses
- Diane Pexton…………… $200 for document camera
- Crystal Steiner…………. $70 for document projector
- Katlyn VanReenen……. $100 for supplies for interactive notebooks
Congratulations to these teachers!
We had 15 applicants requesting more than $2,700 in funds. Our budget for this program had increased this year to $1700 (from previous budget in 2014 of $1200), but it was not enough to meet the needs of our teachers.
We are currently seeking additional funds so that we can also support 3 more grant requests this year.
Donations can be made via check made out to ADHS PTSA and mailed/brought to the school (1420 Athens Drive Raleigh, NC 27606), or
Donate online via PayPal (a $1.00 processing fee will be added to your online donation).
All contributions are tax deductible, and a receipt with our Tax ID # will be provided.
